Heat oil in a pan.
Add ginger garlic paste also add chili paste.
Add mashed potato and peas.
Mix well Add salt , garam masala , green garlic.
Mix well all the masala and of the gas.
Once mixture comes in room temperature fill in samosa Patti and make samosa.
Heat oil in a pan for frying samosa.
Add samosa and fry till golden and crisp.
Serve hot.
